At Belay Advisory, we focus on relationships.  We believe trust develops between people, and that trust relationships are essential to business solutions.


In my role as a consultant specializing in Employee Benefit Plans, I look to my clients to speak openly and honestly about their challenges, opportunities, and business needs.  In turn, I can feel comfortable listening, asking questions, and offering informed advice and recommendations.

This might sound simple but it demands trust. 

In order to develop trust relationships, I know that I have to demonstrate that I'm trustworthy.  I have to earn trust through thoughtful advice, partnership, effective communication, sound judgment, solid recommendations, and continuous service.  I understand that every choice I make is an opportunity to earn and further invest in trust.

It’s difficult to measure trust or even be aware of the moments where trust is developing within a new relationship.  On the other hand, it's certain that trust arises from repeatedly and continuously delivering sound advice and solutions.  In my role, I strive to offer solutions that achieve our clients' employee benefit plan goals.  I earn trust when I help my clients provide financial security, advice and protection for their employees.
